Under these Terms, the company SUNFOODS BULGARIA EOOD, SOFIA, with its registered seat in Sofia, Business Park Sofia, Building 1a, floor 4 EIK: 831507493, operating under the trade name \u201cMcDonald\u2019s\u201d in Bulgaria, shall determine the terms under which the customers that purchase McDonald\u2019s products are granted benefits to participate in the McDonald\u2019s loyalty program.<\/p>

These Terms generally describe the MyMcDonald\u2019s Rewards loyalty program, while the website https:\/\/www.mcdonalds.bg\/<\/a> contains an offer, a list of rewards\/benefits under the loyalty program, and other applicable information. The list of rewards\/benefits may change from time to time. For that reason, make sure to visit https:\/\/www.mcdonalds.bg\/<\/a>\u00a0 to learn the latest information about MyMcDonald\u2019s Rewards loyalty program as we continually improve our offer and offer exciting new benefits within the program.<\/p>

ELIGIBILITY AND PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM<\/h3>

MyMcDonald\u2019s Rewards loyalty program is available exclusively through the McDonald\u2019s mobile app. To participate in the MyMcDonald\u2019s Rewards loyalty program, you must be a registered user of the McDonald\u2019s app. All registered users of the McDonald\u2019s app are also participants in the MyMcDonald\u2019s Rewards loyalty program without the need for additional user consent. The loyalty program and its use do not constitute new or additional processing of the personal data of registered users of the McDonald\u2019s application.<\/p>

HOW TO EARN POINTS<\/h3>

My McDonald\u2019s Rewards loyalty program participants have the opportunity to collect loyalty points at the rate of 10 points for 1 \u20ac, spent on each purchase.<\/span><\/p>

For example, for a purchase in the amount of 10 \u20ac, the program participant has the opportunity to collect 100 points, while for a purchase in the amount of 15 \u20ac, they will be able to collect 150 points. Points will be provided only per each complete euro of purchase (i.e. for a purchase of 14.90 \u20ac the customer will receive 149 points). <\/span><\/p>

The following conditions must be met to successfully earn loyalty points for MyMcDonald\u2019s Rewards:<\/p>

The purchase must be made at one of McDonald\u2019s restaurants (with the exception of Seasonal restaurants, Airport Varna and Airport Burgas Restaurants and McDelivery\u2122 services via delivery partners, such as Glovo and Takeaway) in the Republic of Bulgaria operated by the company Sunfoods Bulgaria EOOD.<\/p>

The purchase must be made at the restaurant \u2013 a checkout, self-service kiosk, or McDrive after loyalty card QR code scan. Delivery purchases are excluded from participating in the loyalty program.<\/p>

The loyalty card\u2019s digital QR code within the McDonald\u2019s app must be scanned on the device at checkout before payment. . If the code cannot be scanned due to unavailability or device malfunction, you can read out to the employee the characters of the code printed below the QR code on the digital loyalty card when ordering. On self-service kiosks, it is possible to enter the code manually in the \u201cEnter manually\u201d menu.<\/p>

\u00a0Subsequent addition of loyalty points for purchases made after payment is not possible.<\/p>

If a coupon from McDonald\u2019s application was used when ordering, loyalty points will be automatically added to the registered account from which the coupon was used. It is not possible to scan another account\u2019s digital loyalty card within the same account.<\/p>

You may obtain rewards for accumulated loyalty points for McDonald\u2019s products in accordance with the terms of use set out for each available reward. The following general conditions shall apply to the rewards to which the user is entitled:<\/p>

A reward can only be used through its activation in the McDonald\u2019s app and by registering (scanning or manually entering the code) at a checkout, self-service kiosk, or McDrive. Rewards are not available for use through any delivery service.<\/p>

A reward can only be obtained in one of the McDonald\u2019s restaurants (with the exception of Seasonal restaurants, Airport Varna and Airport Burgas Restaurants and McDelivery\u2122 services via delivery partners, such as Glovo and Takeaway) \u00a0in the Republic of Bulgaria managed by the company Sunfoods Bulgaria EOOD.<\/p>

Rewards are subject to the expiration date specified below the offer in the application.<\/p>

Rewards may be subject to a restriction on availability to certain restaurants as set out in the Terms of Use available in the McDonald\u2019s app. Unless otherwise stated, a reward shall be deemed to be available for use in any of the McDonald\u2019s restaurants(with the exception of Seasonal restaurants, Airport Varna and Airport Burgas Restaurants and McDelivery\u2122 services via delivery partners, such as Glovo and Takeaway) \u00a0in the Republic of Bulgaria operated by the company Sunfoods Bulgaria EOOD.<\/p>

Rewards may be subject to availability restrictions for reduced work schedule specified in the Terms of Use. Unless otherwise stated, a reward is deemed available for use from the beginning to the end of the Restaurant\u2019s opening hours.<\/p>

Rewards are non-transferable.<\/p>

\u00a0In addition to the above, it is possible that there are additional conditions that apply to certain rewards, which are listed in the McDonald\u2019s application\u2019s Terms of Use.<\/p>

USING POINTS<\/h3>

All rewards available to the registered user of the McDonald\u2019s application, due to the accumulated number of points, can be used to receive McDonald\u2019s products as a reward. By activating the reward through clicking the \u201cRedeem now\u201d option, the balance of points on the loyalty card will be reduced by the amount of points indicated in respect of the activated reward.<\/p>

HOW TO REDEEM YOUR REWARD<\/h3>

The receipt of the reward is tied to a purchase. You can redeem your reward only as part of your future purchase at one of the McDonald\u2019s restaurants (with the exception of Seasonal restaurants, Airport Varna and Airport Burgas Restaurants and McDelivery\u2122 services via delivery partners, such as Glovo and Takeaway)\u00a0 in the Republic of Bulgaria operated by the company Sunfoods Bulgaria EOOD.<\/p>

A The reward can be redeemed by scanning the QR code of the activated reward within the McDonald\u2019s app when making your next purchase at one of the McDonald\u2019s restaurants, other than the ones excepted above.<\/p>

The A reward is activated by clicking on the \u201cRedeem Now\u201d option. In case the code cannot be scanned due to unavailability or device malfunction, you can read out the characters of the code printed below the QR code on the activated reward when ordering. At self-service kiosks, it is possible to enter the code manually in the \u201cEnter manually\u201d menu. After activation, the reward is available for use for the next 2 minutes. In the event that the user has not redeemed the reward during this period, by registering at the cash register (by scanning or manually entering the code) and concluding the payment, the associated points committed to the receipt of the reward will be automatically returned to the user account after a maximum period of 1 hour.<\/p>

The MyMcDonald\u2019s Rewards digital loyalty card can be used a maximum of 5 times per day.<\/p>

McDonald\u2019s bonus campaigns or promotions may from time to time offer bonuses campaigns or mechanisms that allow you to earn extra loyalty points in new and different ways. All data on current methods of collecting loyalty points are published at the https:\/\/www.mcdonalds.bg\/<\/a><\/p>

MAXIMUM NUMBER OF LOYALTY POINTS THAT CAN BE COLLECTED<\/h3>

A user account in the McDonald\u2019s app can at any time contain a maximum of<\/p>

REWARDS MENU<\/h3>

The products that can be used as part of MyMcDonald\u2019s Rewards loyalty program and the number of points required to use them are indicated on the website https:\/\/www.mcdonalds.bg\/<\/a>. The rewards menu may have multiple levels of rewards from different loyalty partners and multiple products that can be redeemed at each level of rewards, subject to changes at McDonald\u2019s discretion. Make sure to check https:\/\/www.mcdonalds.bg\/<\/a> for all information about current rewards within MyMcDonald\u2019s Rewards loyalty program.<\/p>

EXPIRATION OF POINTS<\/h3>

Points shall expire at the end of the calendar month, 12 months after they have been awarded if they have not been redeemed before.<\/p>

REFUNDS<\/h3>

McDonald\u2019s shall reserve the right to delete loyalty points awarded at any time if the products for which the points were awarded are returned for any reason and if the full or partial purchase price is refunded. This shall also apply to the replacement of products unless the replacement is made for products with the same point value.<\/p>

SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITIES<\/h3>

McDonald\u2019s shall have the right to take any action it deems appropriate, including deleting or suspending accounts and accumulated points if it discovers any suspicious activity in this regard, including but not limited to the following:<\/p>
