Although McDonald\u2019s was founded by the McDonald brothers, it was Kroc, who joined in the 1950s, who played a key role in the company\u2019s expansion and success. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This year, we are celebrating Founder\u2019s Day in over 10 restaurants, with more than 300 employees having the opportunity to receive support and ask their questions directly to the company\u2019s management team. The managers of all restaurants will actively engage in reminding everyone of McDonald\u2019s core values, creating a space for sharing enjoyable moments and, of course, delicious food.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On October 10th, we will also mark Mental Health Day, highlighting our commitment to the well-being of our people. Caring for employees is a core value at McDonald\u2019s, and through this initiative, we aim to promote open dialogue about the importance of mental health.
