MyM Rewards is a loyalty program available on the McDonald's app that allows any user to collect points from purchases and use them on the app to earn rewards.

With MyM Rewards, you can collect points on every McDonald's order, whether it's standard menu items or in-app offers. Points will be credited in either case!
You can only receive your reward as part of your next purchase at any McDonald's restaurant (excluding seasonal restaurants, Varna Airport and Burgas Airport restaurants and McDelivery™ services through delivery partners such as Glovo and Takeaway) in the Republic of Bulgaria operated by Sunfoods Bulgaria Ltd.
Rewards in the form of McDonald's products can be obtained at the cash register, through a self-service screen or McDrive™ depending on the availability of the product in the participating restaurant.
Accumulated points can be used for rewards included in the MyM Rewards loyalty program.
Once activated in the app, the reward is available to collect for the next 2 minutes. Within this period, you must claim it at the checkout, self-service screen or McDrive™ (by scanning or manually entering the code) and complete payment for the remainder of your order. If you do not do so, the associated points pledged to receive the reward will be automatically returned to the user account within 1 hour.

Collected points expire at the end of the calendar month 12 months after collection, if not previously used towards a reward.
Yes. Available MyMcDonald's Rewards are subject to change. The number of points needed to obtain them can be changed. There may also be additional prizes as part of organised promotional campaigns. Check the app for details 😊
Of course! You can do this at the same time or separately by scanning your card in advance. Please note that you will only receive points for the amount you have paid for your order.
Yes, it is possible to claim two of the same rewards within the same transaction.
Some rewards may not be available due to the restaurant menu. If you are unable to collect your reward, please contact the restaurant staff.
If you are using the self-service screen, use the "Enter Manually" button and then enter the reward code. If you are claiming your reward at the register or McDrive, dictate the code to a McDonald's employee.
Rewards can only be used with one loyalty card.
No, receiving the reward does not lead to the accumulation of new points.
Adding points to your account can take up to 24 hours. If after this time you still have not received new points in your account, please contact Customer Service via the contact form. Select "My Rewards" as the topic from the list.
Yes, of course! With every order, even an offer from the app, points are automatically accumulated in your loyalty program account.
It's very simple!

Just open the app and go to the "MyMcDonald's Rewards" tab to see your loyalty card. You can scan the QR code available on it at the self-service screen, or you can mark it at checkout or McDrive.
Unfortunately you can only get points if you scan the card. Keep that in mind when you place your next order 😉
Points expire 365 days after they are earned, at the end of the calendar month.
Yes, 11 months after accumulating points you will receive a reminder in the app that points expire within 30 days.
For every whole 1 BGN of your order, you get 10 points.
You can do this by going to the "MyMcDonald's Rewards" tab on the McDonald's mobile app. The number of points will be displayed on your loyalty card.
Each loyalty card can be scanned up to 5 times per day and you can earn up to 2000 points per day.
You can have a maximum of 5000 (five thousand) points on your loyalty card 😊 As long as you don't spend points to lower the limit, no points will be counted towards orders. Don't worry, we'll let you know when you start approaching your MyMcDonald's Rewards points limit 😊
If the number of points collected is lower, the app will refund the missing difference to your account in the near future. If, on the other hand, the app has taken more points than it should, make sure your chosen reward has not been activated more than once.
When you log into the app, you will see screens that explain the rules of the program and the consents required to join. Once you agree, you can start collecting points! 😊

Such a message appears if another person has already activated the reward and has not completed receiving it. To collect your reward, click "Yes" on the screens that appear until you receive a message that the card has been scanned correctly.
No, points are credited to the account registered in the app.
