Everyone is unique, everyone is included

Everyone has a place at McDonald's - on one side of the kitchen or the other. And on the International Day of Persons with Disabilities on the 3rd of December, we remind our customers and employees that we all deserve to work together with a smile on our faces.

That is why in 2016 we received a prize from the Employment Agency for "Employer who hired the most unemployed persons from disadvantaged groups on the labor market" and in 2021 the National Alliance for Social Responsibility awarded us with a special prize for employer providing work to people with special needs. And because we never stop working in the direction of inclusion, currently nearly 5% of our employees have special needs.

Because everyone has equal chances for growth. And together we can do more.
