The concept of “Experience of the Future” is a key part of McDonald’s^TM global development plan, in which the main priorities are the daily improvement of our guests’ experience and the creation of a more secluded environment.

What makes our restaurants “Experience from the future”?

The “Made for you” concept.

As part of our “Made for You” concept, we no longer prepare burgers and other products in advance before ordering – instead, the food is prepared especially for you only after you have order. In this way we provide our guests with even more freshly prepared food.

Digital self-service screens

In addition to the cash register, in the usual way, orders can now be placed on digital self-service screens. Choose your favorite food, pay with a bank card and track your order number on the screen. When your number appears, pick up your order from the specified pick-up location. If you want to order on the digital self-service screen, but do not have or do not want to use a bank card, you can pay for your order in cash at the checkout.
